Winnersh Triangle is an 85-acre, business environment, which offers office and industrial business space for a wide mix of uses. Home to more than 50 businesses, the Park sits in a strategic location close to the M4, Heathrow International Airport with direct rail services to Central London and Reading.

Recently acquired by Patrizia, the challenge for the designers was to consider how the site could be redeveloped to enable the creation of new, exceptional workplaces that nurture and inspire business and respond to the needs of the people who work within them. The innovative response has been to create a raised podium level that enables new development opportunities while maintaining car parking and servicing below.

Utilising green roof and sustainable drainage technology CBA has designed and detailed a vibrant podium landscape which will provide an inspiring environment for workers and visitors to Winnersh. The new Plaza and raised 'Village Green' will facilitate a variety of uses, ranging from enjoyment of a relaxing lunchtime sandwich to larger scale, special events.

New office space and the podium landscape are now under construction and due to complete in 2016.
