Royal Mint Gardens occupies a unique site in the historic and cultural heart of London being situated close to the Royal Mint and minutes away from some of London's most iconic landmarks. The project consists of 3 towers with retail space on the ground floor and 260 residential units with private terraces and communal gardens at multiple levels. The challenge of the landscape design currently being undertaken by CBA is to create a narrative for each of the gardens. This recognises the unique position and historical associations of the area in which the project is positioned, whilst taking advantage of the views and embracing the cultural associations of this area of London. Each garden space will be distinctive, allowing different experiences whilst ensuring that each forms part of a homogenous whole.
