The Jubilee River Park corridor includes a flood free 'new' River Thames between Windsor and Maidenhead. The 11.5km corridor was a 'flagship' sustainability project for the Environment Agency. Awards from the Royal Town Planning Institute and Institute of Civil Engineers confirmed this unusual scale of investment in landscape, wildlife and recreation.

CBA's design and delivery is an exemplar of park development in terms of biodiversity, sustainability and public access. In the time since its completion, it has become a well-used and popular public amenity. The new landscape corridor combines landform, native woodlands, hedgerows, riverside vegetation and wildflower grassland which is integrated fully with the surrounding countryside. It provides a wide range of facilities for riverside recreation and environmental education.
