Home to iconic sites like the Hegra World Heritage Site and associated ancient sites, AlUla is redefining cultural tourism. We developed a conservation-led plan to unlock its heritage, blending preservation with visionary visitor experiences. From market analysis, masterplanning and interpretation, we crafted concepts for sustainable tourism, festivals, and events, shaping a bold future for this extraordinary desert oasis.
Holyrood Park Strategic Plan

In partnership with Historic Environment Scotland, we united key partners and communities to secure a sustainable future for Edinburgh’s Holyrood Park. Balancing heritage, environment, and local needs, we crafted a bold vision for long-term stewardship that reflects community aspirations and safeguards the Park’s iconic significance.
Walsall Heritage Strategy

A collaborative exploration of Walsall's heritage, involving diverse community groups and businesses, resulted in a co-created vision for the borough's past and future. This led to a dynamic Heritage Strategy that is driving regeneration and reshaping the understanding of local and regional heritage.
